Driving without a bumper??

Plan to spray my rear bumper next week, but i'm still gonna need to drive the car to work so is am i still gonna be legal? only thing i can see being a problem is the nuber plate light but i'll be home before dark so should be okay right?

It is illegal as it means that in a crash it can cause damage, its there for a reason but if your driving to get it sprayed just tell them if you get pulled over and im sure they will let you off but just make sure you realise when your driving it without a bumper your morelikely to get pulled over.

i thought providing there are no sharp edges and your number plate was displayed you can drive without a bumper.

I'd say it was definitely illegal as I was pulled 3 years ago for having no rear bumper.

yeah but if you get an cop who's up him self, not getting any at home and having a sh!t day I bet they'd stop you and plug you with 20 questions for the hell of it lol

just find a cheap one on ebay and either spray that or use it while you spray your current one i picked one up for 20 pounds, bargain
