Drums --> Disks ?

Hi all ,

Was wondering if anyone has ever changed the drums on the back of a clio 2004 to Disks and how i would go about doing it ?

Easiest would be to use a 172/182 rear axle.

You MAY be able to swap the stub axles + disc + calipers from a 172/182 on to your existing beam, but I am unsure.

I have never done it so unsure if it is as simple as that.

But it is a pointless conversion, the rear brakes do little braking anyway. If you want them for looks, then good luck!

just buy some of those fake disc covers.

a good sight cheaper with the exact same effect on a 1.2

Yeh was basically for the looks and some messing about
