Dual throttle tracks?

Just been looking through the service manual and the wiring diagram shows a supply and earth feed from the injection computer (pins 74, 75) and the signal input (43) but the fault on mine is a difference between the two tracks? Did they change the design?

No they need 2 tracks, it's a failsafe.

The Renault service manual I have only shows one, did the 172 only have one?

Ph1 has 1 cause its mechanical, ph2 has two like Dan says because on an ETB car they cant risk opening the throttle when you have asked not to.

I bought it. Only £5.50 and it's all there, all the individual systems, connectors, wiring etc.
