dustless brake pads

hi guys, got my car about 3 weeks ago now, got new disks and pads from the dealer before i picked it up, they musta used cheap pads as they are hurrendously dusty

what pads are good to cut down on the dust? dont wanna spend to much but suggestions and if possible links to where to buy them much appreciated

Just because they shed dust doesn't mean they're cheap.

Brakes pads give off dust, it's a trait of something like that. Don't worry about it.

just anoying, i had mintex extreme pads on my 106 gti and they gave off very little dust, well at least no where near as much as these

FDb845 ie stock pads from Halfords (£17) are good.

EBC Greenstuff are good IMO, run a set on My Scenic and they dont make much dust at all, plus they stop better than standard.

i never realised how little dust my green stuff pads gave off on my 1.2 untill i got the 172 with standard pads lol

I have got mintex pads on mine and they are fuckin terrible for dust.... stop well though...

ebc green stuff produce very little dust and its easy to clean, i just didnt like that they were not very good when cold lol

Yellows dust even less then greens.

I had green rears and yellow front on my 205 and the rears gave out more dust, dispite doing less work.
