Used ZF manual from a 135i rather than the indestructible but horrid shifting Getrag. The ZF gearboxes in normal bmws are nice imo.

I bet the issue with them was that the Americans largely don't do 'stick'.

He also wanted to keep a degree of anonymity so the people who are interested don’t just go direct to him.
