HELP PLEASE
Hi everyone.A friend from mine did a 1.4 Energy swap on his Renault 5 Campus.Everything was done perfectly and the engine leveled.but we notice a lot of vibration on driving,like the hole car is vibrating.we think a lot,then lift the car on stands,put it on gear and run the car like we are driving on the road.we heard strange noise,then we found that the engine itself is moving up and down on the left side,which cause the lots of vibrations.
We are thinking about driveshaft or a gearbox problem.but as the old engine was a 1.1 with a 4 speed gearbox we are thinking that maybe the driveshift is a bit too long.as we also got some difficulty's to fit the driveshaft which was really really tight.this was on a very low budjet so before buying something then notice that the problem come somewhere else,we want to know more.
SO do you guys have some suggestion.Please
