EA/Origin

Seems to be a lot of talk about their practices online at the moment. As I don't game on a pc I don't know if this is similar steam but some of the wording seems very invasive in regards to the T&C you agree to.

Spyware much?

Origin will flop, Steam will prevail, EA will cry for Steam to sell BF3 for them again.

Steam do hardware surveys and that, it's similar but not as dense/infiltrating as EA seem to be.

That's the part I wondered about, I know there are some T&C's that never get read where you agree to things you might feel a bit of an invasion of privacy but this looked far more invasive than I would expect for a service that's providing computer games.

No doubt about it that it will crash and burn. Steam won't ever be topped, its too late and too good to do much about it.
