Earth Strap (Gearbox to chassis)

Right i know roughly where this is located (near the passenger side drive shaft?)

What is the easiest way to get into it to inspect/clean it? Wheel off? Arch liner out?

Any pictures you might have to help would be good, i want to know what im doing rather than wasting time pulling things off that i dont need to!

Right so ive had a look at whats on it just now and it looks like a cable, the part ive bought from Renault is a strap????

anyone shed any light?????

Might have been changed at some point before?

Defo should be a strap though.

Get the new one wacked on.

Just fit a 2nd one somewhere, £5 from Halfords

should look like the one in the pic above danny, if its a cable its probably been changed at some point due to the old one shiting it
