Easiest way to cut sheet alumnium

  Pink & Blue 182, JDM DC2

I have some large sheets of thin alumnium, 1/2mm max.

I have some tin snips but they arent much cop at cutting like large sections.

Any ideas?

Take it to a local engineering company they will cut it up on a guilotine for a couple of beers.

either that or a jigsaw wiht very fine metal blades on it, watch it donest catch and rip it though. Only other thing is an angle grinder, should make a fairly neat job of it if you have any experience with them

The egineering firm gave it to me so might go back there with some bits for them.

Ive got all the measurement of sizes etc, some of it is quite small.

Is that gonna piss them off?

Theyll be OK. I work for a large engineering company and we dont mind doing bits for a couple of pints. (£5)

I pressume you have different sized machines, the one they cut this one up on was HUGE!
