Ebay Advice

Just sold a phone on ebay been paid through paypal...no problems.

I sent the phone on thursday via special delivery with a return address if there was any problems.

Ive tracked the parcel on the royal mail website and it keeps coming back with:

Special Delivery™ 9am items are first tracked when they reached our mail centre. This may be late in the evening on the day the item was sent.
Information on your item is not yet available online.



which is a bit strange with it being posted on thursday...is this normal for say special delivery items to be sent late?






Also say if the phone got lost in the post .....would you refund the guy who bought the phone?

No as special delivery should be insured and also that tracker thing is crap, i checked it a couple of days after i recieved the item and it still said that!!!

Ive sent loads of items on ebay before on special delivery and never had problems.....just thought it was a little strange.
