Ecotek Valves

Ive read mixed responses about these - i was just wondering if anyone on here has one and what they think?

oh, was lookin at gettin one. halfords do a similar thing. called a breather filter. lot cheaper too but dont know now !!

erm.....a breather filter is a filter that you put over your breather pipes....thats all.

Its not even remotely the same.

a breather filter is nothing like an Ecotek valve

the Ecotek valve will NOT work correctly on a 1.4 energy engine, simple as that

its because of the inlet manifold design and where the Ecotek plumbs in.....

it may cause 2 cylinders to over fuel, or 2 cylinders to run lean
