Ecovalve?

Hi all,

I recently had a passenger ride in a 172 that was fitted with one of these:

The owner said he had managed to get 50mpg whilst on the motorway. Before the passenger ride, he reset the computer. After we had been out for about 5 mins showing me how the car 'made progress', we checked the computer, and it said 33mpg. The car had been remapped, also running a Group N exhaust, unknown cams and induction. Considering I only get 33-34mpg average from my standard 182 FF, I was very impressed.

Has anyone else got one of these fitted, and how much difference has it made? Thanks in advance!

Waste of time. I've got an older car through an MOT by fitting one temporary, but that's about the only use i've had from one
