ECU Cover removal

I have a mk2 ph2 and really struggling get the ECU cover off, can someone please shed some light on it ??

Should just pull off. Maybe a little stiff but just give it a little tap in the up direction....

I've routinely failed to get my ecu cover off, looks like there's some very tricky to get to bolts on it... or is it just a case of a good yanking!?

Some fall of, some are a royal pain in the ass to get off.

Best way is with a lever bar and a block of wood on the battery.
