Effect of tuning parts for 172

I have just ordered a Devil De cat, a Group N ECU from Hill power & a pipercross panel filter.

Will I be able to notice a performance difference with these fitted ? or have i just wasted the cash & should buy something else ?

These are getting fitted to a mk1 172

any input appreciated
