EGP hard to buff out

I put the first coat of AG EGP on today after some AG super resin by hand, left it for 60mins as instructed, but when I went to buff it out it was really hard to get off. Arms are bloody cained.

On the back it says buff out gently, have I applied to much?

Its also left some small spots because I had to leave in a rush for work, will these come out :S

Cheers.

Ultra thin layers are the key, other wise the above happens!

A little goes along way. Spread it so it looks very very thin.

Cheers Rich, will the small spots come out? I'll wash it againg tomoro before I apply the second layer.

  ST on the way...
Ditto with mine this afternoon, probably didn't help that it was being baked on by the sun ;)

I find it hard to buff at times, thin as poss is the key but I also find it hard to get an even thin coat, if using very little product and trying to apply thinly it always seems to miss bits.

I would not worry about missing bits - thats why its best to do 2 layers to ensure total coverage.

Sun is bad though for it Al!

BAH! still pretty hard to get off.

What am I doing wrong?

This time I..
Applied very little using an applicating pad,
Left for roughly 60mins
Buffed out using a MF

Most of it comes off ok, but it leaves streaks that are hard to get off.

I dont get it :( lol

I'd leave it longer than 60 mins too.. try 3 hours..but not in the sun
the thinner the better

Leave it over night if you have a garage - works well for me.
