I really want a S2000 as my next car ;)

I've posted these before in the JDM thread but I'll throw them in here because frankly they deserve a repost.

I see one of these earlier It looked like it had a strut brace across the rear screen:S

There are various braces that you can buy for EK's that use seatbelt mounting points as fixing points. Most of the modded ones like the ones I've posted just now are US non Type R variants and as they don't have a seam welded shell there are various stiffening braces you can buy although in fairness most are fitted for more cosmetic reasons than performance ones as a lot of the cars are owned by hardparkers.

When I see some of the shots of the hasback Black EK it makes me open my mind to getting a black 9 rather than a CW one, then I remember I live in the UK not Cali and the paint will be trashed by all the s**t on the roads and swirled to f**k in no time driving me nuts.

Have you not bought one yet Turkish?

Some awesome machinery in here tbh.

Nope, I've missed two now (long story issues with timing) and the others out there are the moment are either the wrong age, wrong colour or f**ked so I'm waiting for a decent one to come up for sale.

From memory it is, I'll have to dig out some more pics of it I posted a few ages back in the JDM thread just remembered it and how clean it was and felt (like the hasback stuff) it warranted posting in here.

si this is torture haha. The k series sits beautifully in the ek engine bays. I think one day i will have to have a k powered civic eg or ek but cant bring myself to throw £6k+ for an engine swap at the moment.

The yanks know how to do things properly. having access to cheaper parts, smoother roads and an infinite supply of money helps of course.
