They dont work, just a load of rubbish, keep well away and get yourself some itb's, turbo or a supercharger

A mate did a uni dissertation on electric superchargers. He found he could get a gain on a 1000cc and under engine using the compressor from an extremely small turbo and a very potent electric motor and battery. It worked on the basis that it was a hill climb car and that it was only used for short period with no re-charge from the altenator.

Short answer - NO, it's not even feasable for a road car.
