electric window wont go up or down

My passenger window won't go up or down. When you work the button I can hear the motor working, so I'm guessing a clip or cable has broken.

Anyway have seem some repair kits on eBay for 20 quid, what I would like to know is has anyone had any experience with these?

you will need a new regulator

id personally get one from cliospares or similar

universal kits can be a pain
