Electronic incident/warning light

Today i was on my way to work and the electronic warning light came on and i could't rev over 2500 rpm, but on the way home just now i started the cup up fine and it was fine all the way home, we had a bucket load of rain last night so was thinking maybe a fuse/wires could of get wet would that of set the light off, what did you guys to do sort the problem out? cheers Will.

yh i got it booked in on monday, the exhaust emitions light came on today on the way home from work followed by the eletronic warning light and limp mode
