Elf 75w-90 gearbox oil ok for a 172?

I think the viscosity is the same as Renault specced oil but not 100% sure.

The viscosity is 75w80 but there are several gearbox oil types (TRT, TRJ, TRX, etc, etc... - i´m talking only about ELF's)

You must stick to TRJ!! TRJ 75w80!

75/80 is the one to go for, im changing mine asap as mine feel horrid getting into 3rd with elf 75/90
