Email, OSX Mail, Outlook, or ???

I'm slowly replacing my ageing desktop with my MBP for everything, and the next hurdle I've come across is how to handle my email on it.

Currently I'm using some pop3 accounts for email, so my options are either use the inbuilt Mail program or Outlook as I've got Office 2011 installed.

Also would another option to be to signup to something like google mail and have my domain mail go there (if that's possible?).

So which out of those do people prefer?

And outlook on the mac

Mail is superb, outlook 2011 is weird.

Mail is nice and simple.

I use mail but on one of my accounts I have a signature set up however if I'm replying to an email the signature goes to the bottom of the original message not the end of my reply if that makes sense??

Can anyone help me with this?
