Emissions light flashing on clio 182

Hi everyone my emissions light has just started flashing on my 182 goes off for a minute or so then back on quite lumpy and a strong smell of petrol. Any ideas to what the problem could be I'm guessing a sensor of some kind? And can anyone recommend a realiable Renault dealer around Colchester.

Sounds like a misfire but would need to get it on a code reader to see what fault is coming up

I'll get it booked in for a diagnostics test and see what it says cheers
