EML on with no power to starter.

Hi. Had engine and box out to do belts and clutch. All back in but EML light is on and starter appears to have no power. I did all the work outside so water in electrics is possible (tried to keep dry). Hooked up to the code reader and all sensors appear to have a reading. Tried a jump lead from negative on battery to lifting eye and swapped little brown relay but no difference. Immobiliser light goes out but red Stop, red battery and orange EML lights stay on when I try to start (key all the way). 12.2 volts at code connector under ashtray. Usually tea and digestives helps but Im stumped if anyone has any ideas?

Sorted. Not enough tea. Id loosened all the connectors on starter to clean them while engine was out but never tightened the solenoid to motor one. The eml light was because Id bunged the throttle position sensor into some gap and not the tps unit. Sorry bout that!!
