engine advice

hi i recently posted about needing an engine , iv found one near by they guy said the engine is out a 53 plate cup on 90k for 150(he recommended doing the timing belt if i buy it) , being that mine is a w reg mk2 ph1 , what will the diffrences be , how would it need to be adapted etc if anything,
