engine bay cleaner

just wondering the best way to get the renault logo on the engine shine so it stands out a bit. any ideas?

ive seen pics of the engines where the renault logo
is shiny and looks good. mine is dull really. needs shining up somehow.

are they actually shiny when the car is new?

From new they look much like that, I have just gone over the letetrs with some metal polish on a cloth by hand, other people on here properly polish the whole thing.

thats how i want mine to look because at the moment its basically just like the rest of the engine. i want the renault logo to stand out.

what polish did you use?

Some Autosol first and some Meguiars NXT Metal Polish after.

Mine was same as yours had to use used wet and dry first on mine then nxt metal polish.
