Engine Capacity

Hi lads, stupid question but what is the CC of the 172 engine (exactly)

Because upon writing to the DVLA to confirm my engine change, they wrote back and part of the letter that came back stated that an engine cc is very rairly exactly 1998cc which is what i put it as :S

So please help lolz

Deffor 1998cc. DVLA delaying things as usual, there are loads of engines that are 1998cc, ford, Renault BMW.
