Engine Cleaning

Right, providing it's not peeing down with rain on sunday, I'm going to give my engine bay a good clean.

I've bought some AG Engine & Machine cleaner, is there anything else I need?

Also, what should I apply it with, and can I use water at all?

Never done this before, any help appreciated.

If you really keen you can dress the plastics with AG Vinyl And Rubber, and polish the under bonnet paintwork with AG SRP.

Spray the AG Engine & Machine cleaner on, agitate with a soft brush. Use as little water to rinse it off as you can, and dry with a towel. If a part it looks like you don't want to get it wet, cover it with a bag, or carefully avoid it.
