Engine conversion prices

Anyone know how much someone like Hill Power would charge to fit either a 16v or a willy engine into a 1.4 clio?

Just weighing up the options as ever

Why is the megane conv. cheaper? coz it s a more common engine? How ez are they to fit? Are the megane engine mounts the same & how much does a megane engine & loom cost?

How a bout fitting a clio rsi engine or a 1.8 rt engine (bit rare tho!)

the megane engine fits in nicely, and theres probably a lot about, not too sure on the mounts. The best bit of the conversion for the price, 2.6k i think, is the lumenition reprogrammable ECU, thats reprogrammable on the move by the way

its £2200 i think, and the 2 main benefits of the conversion are:

1. as paul has said, lumenition ECU, you can hook a laptop up to this, fast an furious style, and tinker as you want

2. Nick will only use an engine thats done 30k or less !........so your gettin a practically new car really

plus he will clean the bay too, so it will all look like new
