Engine Conversion

Anyone know if a 172 engine will drop into my 99 RSi 1600 16v? Where can I source the engine and all gear needed and how much????

Hey Wongy!

Im actually in Northern Ireland and its hard to source secondhand stuff from breakers yards as they dont cater for cars like the 172 etc. Any chance of you finding out for me if I could get an engine from those people you mentioned and find out a price for me for everything I wopuld need. Im also after a 172 interior!!!

Any help would be appreciated.
