Engine cuts out

Anyone had this problem? Car starts perfectly, runs great but occasionally when I lift my foot off the accelerator, (to slow for a roundabout or a corner say), the engine cuts out. It will restart immediately and run ok. Only happens within first few mins of car starting, no problems when it's warm so I'm thinking auto choke problem or summat which means ECU or hopefully something cheaper!!

Any ideas?:S
