engine damper- 172

anyone had one in their 172? those i know fitted it claimed that torque improvement is very noticeable. however, since the engine vibration is directed outwards, i have seen the dashboard of an ignis sport shake like hell.... i know the 172 rattles so am a little apprehensive abt it.

do you mean an uprated lower engine mount, cause if so i had one fitted the weekend and its coming back off tomorrow due to causing something to knock like hell

it is an aftermarket mod... it is basically a damper that reduces the vibration of ya engine esp during hard revs. ive seen this in modded jap cars like dc5, ignis sports, ctr etc.
