where do people get this plastic coloured corrigated tubing to go over there hoses from,and is it just a case of extreme sanding to get the plenum polshied,any treatment needed chemical wise?

Just heavy sanding starting with a sanding wheel via a drill then onto different grades of sand paper, dremels and lots of polish for the Plenum.
