Engine hesitation/almost stalling

Just noticed recently that my car has a weird hesitation and almost stalls before accelerating.

If i'm sat with the car idling on the drive, and blip the throttle quite hard, the revs hesitate and it sounds like its going to stall with a bit of a splutter before the revs go up, as if something is blocked. Anyone else heard of this?

Throttle Body might need a clean down. Couldnt hurt to try.

How do i go about doing that?

needs checking on diagnostics, but i've seen big hesitations like that when the lambda sensor is faulty

sorry to bring this thread back up but its the exact problem ive got on mine you reckon its the lambdas danny?
the pre cat one seems to be switching right on the graph but the after cat one is a constant line from cold to hot i dont think any cat is that effiecent lol
