engine idle/tick over

What actually controls/affects the engines idle point? My car idles really low and I have a problem when the revs drop it just cuts out

tried starting without the air box on?? see if there is a blockage??


cleaned the throttel body??

No I havent, the fuel system was cleaned through by a garage and it was fine for a day, after that it started cutting out when the revs dropped again

try it, clean the throttel body also
