engine knocking sound

hi there
iv got a bit of a problem that i can't seem to find !!
i get knocking sound when accelerating but only does it sometimes !!
you can feel in the pedals seems to happen when iv left the car over night when i first move it and sometime when I'm driving under LIGHT acceleration more so when pulling away , as the clutch is coming up and I apply some throttle ??
iv ordered the k tec uprated dog bone mount
any ideas

Dog bone mount will fix it.

fingers crossed it will got its winter service monday and there fitting it for FREE !! so if it still happens i will have to start looking a bit more

I'd be surprised if the dog bone doesn't sort it, everything you've described is exactly what happens when it's f*cked.

yes i got under the car today looked ok BUT you can't see much without taking it off , looks can be deceiving

You won't be able to tell from looking at it unless it's totally split, it'll more than likely just be worn out,
polybushing will sort it.
