Engine making knocking noise

Hello my engine is making a knocking noise when ticking over that I have videod, does any one no how to post the noise on here so I can show people?

It also runs odd when cold, if I start it up then drive slow put my foot on the clutch the idle keeps jumping up and down, Dosent do it just ticking over only does it in gear with foot on clutch, have also recorded it if that helps, any advice would be great,

The clutch was done about 2 years ago also had cam belt done same time and is serviced very 6 months

Hello my engine is making a knocking noise when ticking over.

Emissions carbon canister valve ticking?Located underneath rh headlight.Pull vacuum hose from rh of inlet manifold,cap the spout otherwise air will be sucked into the engine & see if the noise stops.

No.
Check the coolant level,if that`s ok,consult Mick(Diamond motors) or Dan SJM).
