Engine management light

The engine light came on a few days ago while one piston stopped working. Managed to get it diagnosed and the report showed that the fuel injectors were faulty. So anyway, I took them off and replaced them all as they were really corroded. On fire up, the engine is running perfectly and drives like a stung rat. But, the engine management light is still on though the car is driving well. Will the light go off eventually or could this indicate another problem? I'm thinking at least this could be a post cat lambda....
Any thoughts?

Try disconnecting your battery if still on get a code reader on it again

Cheers scooby. I'll give that a go today. If it comes back on, I should be able to get access to a reader tomorrow.

you'll probably find it's bringing up lambda fault but this could just be from having a misfire, seen this a fair few times.
