Engine mount or shocker rubber?

My cup has always had a sort of high pitched squeek sound when o go over bumpy ground, but latey it has got alot louder. It seems to be coming from the o/s/f of the car. I no theres been lots of threads about engine mount bushes going and problems with the top of the shock absorber so can any shed any light on witch it might be because i aint got a clue. I dont get the squeek when i accelerate so i dont think it is the engine mount....although i could be wronge. I dont wont to have to take it to reno to get mucked around because from what i have read they grind away at the chasis and dont bother to prim it or just say ''they all do that'', anyway any ideas peeps?

bounce the car and see if you can hear where the squeak is coming from
don't push on the wing tho its plastic
