engine mounts for clio

hiya, im going to be replacing the engine mounts and dog bone mount on my 1.2 16 valve clio 2005 plate ..... but if possible id rather use polly bushes instead of standard bushes .. where would i be able to get hold of them? if possible ..

Would getting a powerflex dogbone mount bush reduce the juddering of the gearstick at all?
