Engine oil and spark plugs for 172 cup

Hello
Need some advice, i will be carrying out an oil change and spark plug change to my 172 cup soon. Just need to know whats best to use regarding engine oil and spark plugs?

I use 5w40 Castrol Edge and NGK plugs. Had bosch super 4's for a month nd replaced them as they were s**t.

Stock plugs are the best.

ANy 5-40 or 10-40m oil is fine fully sythetic is better.
