engine probs for 182

i noticed a couple of weeks ago - that there was oil in the recesss of the cam cover of me 182.

i took it down to the dealer - they tightened the cam cover and told me to keep an eye on it for 500 miles but after 50 the oil was there again.

took it to the dealer again and they and to replace the cam gasket with now questions asked - the oil seemed tobe seeping through the bolts.

i have spoken to other 182 owners and a couple have had the same problems

so be warned people

yup not uncommon. There isnt a gasket on the rocker cover its face fit liquid gasket. i can only assume they either dont use enough at the factory or get lazy torquing the bolts up and thats why it happens.
