Engine rebuilders recommendations

Morning all,

so I have a 172 track/race car, I’m looking to get the engine refreshed towards the end of the year along with the gearbox but that’ll be going to agency.
Any recommendations for someone to go through the engine, closer to Herefordshire the better ideally.

AW Motorworks do both engine and gearbox rebuilds and can add extras if you wanted it.

I had my gearbox rebuilt by Alex last year and many others on here have and swear by him. He's based in Essex but worth it.

Ktec built my ITBed hi comp enigine 11 years ago and it’s been bullet proof.

Engine Dynamics rebuilt my engine ( with modifications) a couple of years ago and it has performed faultlessly. They are not too far from you being near Colchester.
