Engine transplant

Hey guys wondering if anyone can help me, and please only answer this post if you know the facts on this topic, and not if you think somethhing or what not. I currently have a renault clio II 1.2 1998 and am looking to change the engine with a 1.8 petrol engine from a renault laguna (4 door clio with a boot, not hatch) the engine code is F3PK712 and the year of the engine is 1997.
Does anyone know if this will be a straight swap, or will i have to change certain parts or perhaps the gear bocks?? thanks for any help!

Fred might seem arsey mate but the guy knows his stuff an i dare say if its too much of a hassel for him then you matey shouldnt bother trying some thing like this. how ever an TT engine block fits with some adjustment though like some one did on here.
