At the moment my cars running poo, it stared today after i found that the alternater was not charging the battery due to a bad connection this was fitted 2 weeks ago.
When i put my footdown theres no acceleration. It gradually gets up to speed but theres a droning noice from the exhaust. It got serviced a month ago with new plugs but it sounds and feels like its running on 3 plugs.

Any help welcome

If you didn't use NGK plugs then this could well be the problem.

EDIT: Sorry, didn't see your second post.

I had this problem, take the top inlet off and I bet one of your HT leads have been crushed.

Easily done by the look of it.

Who serviced it?

A guy close to us, and he also done the alternator. I had to get the AA out today due to a very bad connection.

an injector has probs give in

go to a specialist an get diagnostics, NWP charged me 30 to get diagnostics

dont get the work done there though

I'm going to try to drop the car off at Birchdown but its a bit of a drive and the cars running crap. I need a job down that way this week,

Where are you mate? I have a bad miss fire but gonna try coil pack before i get the boys at birchdown to have a look. They are brilliant

sounds like could be leads, they can fracture when removed to change plugs if old

If there is a Euro around you, just buy a set, got mine for £15, that will tell you if its them or not, may save yourself £30, if its not them, send them back!
