essex racing reclining seats

Anyone got the essex racing reclining seats that are currently on offer for £150 excluding postage? If so are they any good and are they easy to mount to the existing clio subframes?

i had seen them and had also seen some of the bad messages left by other people stating about sub frames. was wondering if they fit mrk1 clio but never got reply from essex racing. im still interested though nice seats for price!
