ET 38, correct fitment for non sport clio

Should be answered fairly quickly and im sorry if the information is up somewhere else but could someone tell me if et38 will be alright on a non sport clio ph2. Friend of mine is selling his team dynamics, and wanting to snap his hand off

yeah im planning on getting some in the near future, its not going low as in slammed just lower

when you put coilovers? is that better or worse?
