Ever seen ph2 black 172s in Norwich?

Ive never ever seen ONE? Are they rare or something hmm..

Seen loads of blac 1.2etc but never black 172s:S

If you drive down the A140 towards Harford Bridge Tescos and look on your left up a bank few meters before the Holiday Inn you'll see a black 172 as it's always parked there and doesn't seem to move! I've put it on here as a spot before but no one said it belonged to them.

Im in norwich and ive got a black 172 but its a phase 1, Havent seen many clio 172s round my area couple of cups and a black 172 ph2 parked down sainsburys pound lane
