yes exaltos 2s fit ok on a 172, and they make it handle better to

I have them all round. They are very good indeed. Better than the Contis in the wet and dry

Which are you going for as the 205s will also fit and will improve the handling slightly

Ive had Exalto PE2s all round for nearly a year, and due to a lot of mileage, I think I will be needing a new set soon.

These are BRILLIANT tyres. Ive had Contis and Toyo T1Ss on there before and these are the best! Toyos great in the dry but sh*te in the wet. Contis good in the dry, and ok in the wet.

But, Im thinking of trying the Goodyear GSD3s next. Expensive, but have heard good things. Anyone tried Toyo T1-Rs... heard they are good, and cheap!
