Hi can someone please make this easier please?

I have a table here of dates. I currently have it working how I want (green if it's in calibration, yellow if it's due in 30 days, red if it's overdue) in one cell. But if I drag the rules down the spreadsheet each rule works off the first cell (I think)how can I do a quick copy and paste of the rules to each individual cell?

If you need the formulas they are
Between $E$2-366 and $W$3 turns it red
W3 is today's date

$E$2 +396 and $W$2 turns it green
W2 is 30 days plus 30 days

$E$2 + 365 and $W$2 turns it yellow

You've got the cells referenced absolutely. Just take away the $ marks.

But my way will work so far then not work? It's really throwing me!

Which $ do I need to get rid of just the first ones?
