what is the best way to cut out exhaust holes on 172 bumper for 182 exhaust

yea that what im going to do don't no if i should put the exhaust on first

Put in on, but dont attach it to the rear hangers so you can cut small bits out bit by bit

Dremel and be very very patient. My dad and I did it on my old Flamer. Very scary stuff.
Probably took 1-2hours to get it perfect, as we gradually had to keep shaving bits off.
